We believe investment in property, the Australian dream, is the best path to financial freedom for everyday Australians. Not overnight, and not without risk: rates rise, tenants move on and roofs leak. Property rewards the people who stay in it for the long run.
Staying in it takes more than buying well. It takes running each property well, year after year: knowing who's paid, claiming back the bills you're owed, and treating your tenants fairly. That's where most of the stress lives, and where good habits make the biggest difference.
We don't sell property, loans or financial advice, and we'll never promise returns. We build tools that make owning a rental easier day to day, so the long game is easier to play.
Why we exist
The dream is a portfolio that looks after you. The reality, for most landlords, is a spreadsheet that never quite adds up, a water bill you forgot to pass on, and not knowing which week the rent is paid up to.
Rentiuno exists to take that admin off your plate. It builds your rent schedule from the lease, tracks every payment against it, tells you when rent is late, and keeps track of the bills you've asked your tenant to pay back.
